Content Description

This collection consists of oaths of office, annual reports, and city departmental salaries and receipts from 1872-1959. The Oaths of Office are those from the school commissioners and city officials from 1909-1959. Annual reports contain information on the city and its finances, and general trends. Included in the city departmental records are the salaries and receipts from such divisions as the fire, police, cemetery, and street departments, from 1872-1877. Materials are in good condition and are dated 1872-1959, with a bulk of the collection dating 1940-1959.
