Abstract
Everett Blackmon is a native Charlottean who attended West Charlotte High School and Johnson C. Smith University. He worked for the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library for over 40 years in various positions, but currently (2023) serves as the Access Services Manager at the University City Regional branch.
